Interested in joining Team WHS? Download our Team WHS Commitment Form and fill one out for each person registering for Team WHS.  Email this form to events@wihumane.org or mail this form to:

OFFLINE DONATION COLLECTION FORM

Download our Donation Collection Form for collecting cash and check donations for Team WHS.  Send this form, along with your donations by the Wednesday before the race to:

                        Attn: Team WHS

Once we have received these donations, we will confirm them and you will see them appear on your personal fundraising webpage.  In order to confirm your gifts are received before the event, please mail all offline donations four days prior to the race. 

**If you receive funds after that, please contact WHS to ensure we credit your fundraising efforts correctly.  Please remember to print and bring along the form with the donations you’ve collected so that we can track them properly.
