Orphans Annie and Danny

These seven-week-old babies were surrendered to the Ozaukee Humane Society with terrible respiratory and eye infections. Their eyes were so badly crusted shut that they couldn't even see.

Worst of all, these orphaned kittens didn’t have a mother to feed or care for them. Their lonely desperation could have ended in tragedy had a kind person not scooped them up and brought them to a safe place - the Ozaukee Humane Society.

Now in our care, we are doing everything we can to save little Annie and Danny to ensure their success. OHS veterinary staff have intervened with lifesaving medicine, warm lodging and nutritious food.  Danny and Annie have been placed in a wonderful foster home together, where they will be nurtured until they have grown strong enough to be adopted.

Each year, OHS cares for orphaned baby animals like Danny and Annie.  Like all the animals at OHS, Danny and Annie depend on donations from generous people like you to provide them with necessary care and a second chance. Your donation makes all the difference in these animals’ lives.

You can help Danny and Annie with a donation for their care!  These adorable kitties don’t have a mother to care for them.  With Mother’s Day on May 10th and other spring celebrations upon us, why not sponsor Danny and Annie in honor of your mother or someone who has inspired you? You can even send a personalized ecard with a photo of these darling felines. Your contribution of $25, $50, or even $100 will help defray the cost of care for these precious kittens and other orphaned animals at OHS.
