and its Board of Directors are not responsible for any injuries incurred when involved
with activities related to the L.O.S.T. (Locate Our Stray Today) program and that
there is no monetary reward for helping to retrieve any lost animal. In addition,
I fully release the Wisconsin Humane Society, Inc., its employees, volunteers, and
its Board of Directors of all liability for any injury or damage any animal may inflect
upon any person or property, for any illness the animal may acquire, or for the
transmittal of any illness or parasite to any other animal or person. I further indemnify
and hold harmless the Wisconsin Humane Society, Inc. its employees, volunteers,
and its Board of Directors for any action, suits, fees, or expenses (including actual
attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to my participation in the L.O.S.T. program.
